Please read before booking as we operate a bit differently. 

At this time, we are only able to accept US/Canadian insurance policies are unable to rent to non-residents of US and Canada

Booking and calendar is below and once you select your dates and your jeep, you'll continue the checkout process including selecting beach gear, making payment, signing e-contract, etc. 

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE ELSE

One Jeep per reservation please. It is critical that all reservation information matches the primary drivers/reservation holders information We email and text critical information with the primary driver. 

If the primary drivers' information isn't accurate or reflects someone else's phone number, etc, we won't be able to communicate pickup and drop off instructions, validate drivers' licenses, etc.

Please double-check your phone number and email address. If you do not get an automated email or text after booking, email us to let us know to look into it for you.

NOTE: Once you begin a booking, your Jeep will be locked in for 15 minutes until you complete. If there is an error or if you navigate away form the page, you may need to clear the booking or come back in a few minutes. 

Due to credit card fraud concerns, the primary reservation holder should use their own credit card, otherwise the addresses won't match and the reservation won't complete

We are located a short 5 minutes from the airport at 73-4273 Hulikoa Drive (at the top end of the road)
We are by appointment as we are literally a mom and pop shop (Stephanie and Joe) 

Your Jeep will be stocked and ready to go with the key in a lockbox ready for you to hop in and go.

1 day advance notice please to give us some time to stock your beach gear. 

Payment + $500 damage deposit charged in full at time of booking. you may cancel for a full refund 48 hours prior to your reservation (we do work with folks as we know things come up)

Full coverage insurance on your U.S. or Canadian personal vehicle policy transfers over to your rental. 

Note; credit card insruance or trip insurance is not acceptable for the reservation

We do have a 4 night minimum rental.

Big Island Jeep Rental operates differently from other car rental agencies.  Your Jeep will be fully stocked with your beach gear at our office and the key will be left for you in a lockbox inside the center console. Our office is 5 minutes from the airport. 

Have one of the drivers pick you up curbside and run you to the jeep easy-peasy! 

It is highly recommended you schedule your ride a minimum of 48 hours before your arrival. We have 3 companies we recommend and they are listed below.

We suggest scheduling with a company or private driver because there are very few Uber or Lyft drivers driving right now.
